Anita is an experienced HR, business planning and strategic organisational design and development specialist with a passion for people development, supporting individuals and organisations through change and growth.

A Certified Professional Transformational Coach, Anita holds MSc degrees in Organisational Psychology, Supply Chain Management as well as a BA in HR Management. She brings over 20 years of strategic and practical experience in a variety of industries (government, logistics, cultural & creative industries, academic institutions, retail and hospitality) including strategic business planning, performance management, leadership development, Human Capital Advisory, management consultancy, coaching, training, professional development and assessments. She has supported hundreds of hiring managers, executive directors & senior management teams with critical hiring decisions. She has also coached leaders to the next level of performance in their current role, or in support of their advancement.

  • In excess of 20 years of experience in a variety of industries from sales, universities, logistics & supply-chain, construction & master development, government and the culture & creative industries

  • An  ICF coach credential and  is accredited in a range of psychometric instruments (DiSC, OPQ).

  • A member of the ICF, CIPD and a registered qualified test-user with the British Psychological Society.

​

  • Brings knowledge and implementation experience of training, career planning, professional and personal development, as well as coaching, mentoring and team-building practice and psychology.

​

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering training programmes specifically tailored to the needs to an emerging cultural landscape.

​

  • 10+ years of experience organisational design & development of cultural institutions, working with some of the most globally significant museum, culture and heritage partners.​
